This Cookies and Privacy Policy (“Policy“) sets out how we will use and protect information from which you can be identified (“Personal Information”) that we collect about you when you visit our Website, together with other Personal Information that you provide to us or which we otherwise obtain in connection with our day-to-day business and which we hold in the capacity of a data controller.

  • When we acquire or invest in an asset (or are in a process of doing so) we may obtain some information about individuals who may be associated with a relevant asset.
  • If you (or an institutional investor or investment vehicle with which you are associated) consider investing with us, you may also provide us with your financial information and various other necessary Personal Information.
  • If you provide services to us or have a business dealing with us (or are employed or engaged by an entity which provides services or has a business dealing with us), we may acquire your contact details and certain employment information.
